Every study plan, checked as it’s made.

Vetta turns your master’s programme’s regulations into a study planner. Every change a student makes is checked against your rules (credits, course groups, prerequisites, workload), so the plans that reach your team are ready to discuss, not to correct.

The rules live in a PDF. The questions land in your inbox.

Many master’s students piece their plan together from a study guide, a course catalogue and a spreadsheet. A missing core module, a prerequisite in the wrong order, a few credits short in one group: mistakes like these are easy to miss until registration, the graduation check, or an email to you.

How it works

From regulations to a plan your team can trust.

  1. 01

    Your regulations, turned into rules.

We read your study guide and examination regulations, then encode them: credit totals, compulsory modules, course groups and their minimums, prerequisites, workload per term. Quarters or semesters, in English or German.

  2. 02

A plan that starts in the right place.

Students choose their track and the compulsory courses are already placed. Electives are one search away, ranked by each student’s goals, and no course is hidden.

  3. 03

    Every change, checked live.

Move a course and the whole plan re-checks itself. Totals, groups, prerequisites and workload update at once, and each problem is explained in plain words.

  4. 04

AI that answers to your rules.

Students can ask for suggestions or a fix. Our server re-checks every suggestion against your rules before a student sees it. If it can’t be verified, it isn’t shown.

  5. 05

    Checked before it leaves.

Exported plans are checked too. A plan that breaks a rule is held back or clearly marked as a draft. You decide which, per programme.

  6. 06

    See demand before registration.Early access

Aggregated views of what your cohort is planning: which optional courses students intend to take, which they consider and drop, and how many seats each will need. Groups smaller than five are never shown.

Less checking. More advising.

We do the setup.

Nothing to install, nothing for your IT team to host. We encode your programme, check it with you, and keep it up to date when your regulations change.

How long does it take? We’ll give you a date once we’ve read your regulations. For programmes like the ones we’ve built, we estimate one to two weeks.

Careful with student data.

What we can say today, precisely. Your data-protection team gets the full detail on request.

  • Plans stored in the EU

Student plans live in a database in Frankfurt.

  • No names in AI prompts

The AI sees the plan and the student’s stated goals, never names or email addresses.

  • Analytics only with consent

Usage analytics load only after a student agrees.

  • Deletion on demand

Students can delete their account and plans themselves, at any time.

  • Kept separate per university

Every request is scoped to one institution. Data is never served across universities.

  • Agreement first

A data-processing agreement is signed before the first student account is created.

Some services we rely on (hosting, sign-in, AI, email and error monitoring) are run by US companies. We share the full list, with data locations, on request.

Founding partners

Shape Vetta with us.

We’re inviting a small number of master’s programmes to plan with Vetta from the start, and to decide with us what it becomes. A pilot with a German technical university is running now, and a second, with a Dutch technical university, starts in October 2026.

  • Your programme set up and maintained by us
  • Your students planning in Vetta for a full semester
  • Early access to cohort insights
  • A direct line to the founder. Your feedback sets the roadmap.

Questions we hear.

Something else on your mind? Ask it on the call, or write to us.

Does Vetta replace our student information system?

No. Students still register through your official systems. Vetta is where they plan, and it reminds them to confirm their plan against your official catalogue.

Who keeps the rules up to date?

We do. We encode your regulations and update them when they change. Your staff can edit the course list or import it from a spreadsheet.

What does the AI do, and what doesn’t it do?

It suggests electives based on a student’s goals and proposes fixes when a check fails. Every suggestion is re-checked against your rules first. It never approves plans and never sees names or email addresses. We use Google’s Gemini models.

Where is data stored, and who processes it?

Student plans are stored in Frankfurt. Some services we rely on (hosting, sign-in, AI, email and error monitoring) are run by US companies. We share the full list with data locations on request, and sign a data-processing agreement before any student account is created.

Will it fit our programme?

Vetta handles quarters or semesters, compulsory modules, course groups with minimums, prerequisites and workload limits, in English or German. Send us your regulations and we’ll tell you honestly what fits and what would need work.

What does a founding partnership involve?

A first call about how planning works in your programme today, setup by us, a semester of use with your students, and regular feedback conversations. We agree the details together.

Let’s talk about your programme.

A 15-minute call with Alessandro. Tell us how study planning works for your students today. We’ll show you Vetta on an example programme and tell you honestly whether yours would fit.
